We’re looking for top-tier companies with strong expertise in #photogrammetry, operating aircraft and next-generation sensors, capable of managing the entire workflow for building a massive #digitaltwin of an entire region.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
Proven expertise in photogrammetry.
Aircraft availability (this project cannot be carried out with drones/UAVs). No subcontracting allowed.
A Maltese cross sensor (with or without integrated LiDAR).
Complete software solutions, from flight planning to the production of True-Orthophoto and the creation of integrated meshes structured in different LODs (particularly important!!)
Technical and financial solvency, and complete fulfillment of the rest of requirements as stated in the contract documents.
𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀:
✔️ Nadir and oblique flight covering the entire region of Cantabria (Spain), 𝟱,𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝗾. 𝗸𝗺, at 15 cm GSD or better (possibility to offer improvements in pixel size and other parameters).
✔️ Production of a nadir True-Orthophoto 17 cm nominal pixel, or better.
✔️ Production of integrated meshes in two standard formats.
✔️ Engineering work to optimize the meshes for distribution using the Government of Cantabria’s infrastructure.
✔️ Rest of the works described in the contract documents.
This is the first time in Spain that a government will build a complete 3D Digital Twin of an entire region, and we need your expertise.
